Cleaned my wifes mazda familia a few days ago and noticed the paint cracking on the passengers side door. Doesn't seem to be doing it anywhere else. What's the best way to stop it from cracking more and rusting? Not really concerned with how it looks, just don't want to have to replace a door down the track. |

Sounds like the door has had a repaint and it was applied too thickly or wasn't given enough time to dry between coats. There is not a lot you can do to stop it apart from stripping back and repainting. Waxing regularly might work to some extent. |
