Slowly though she's improving. I got her to go into webmail the other day to look for a missing email, and WOW!!! I didn't have to tell her step by step this time. But she absolutely was like that at first. Spent hours one day on phone helping her hook up another adsl modem, only to find she had been trying to attach the PC speakers plug into the dsl port.	pctek (84)
