He had a student watching (asked permission).....So lots of "and there is the carotid artery, that one pulsing...there is the mastoid bone, that bit there....watch that nerve otherwise you get the droopy mouth if you cut it etc" Husband said he got a bit paranoid... Dr had a sense of humour, he said (finishing up), I'll just put your ear back on...LOL. |

| 1465420 | 2019-12-09 03:08:00 | Cancer, Nasty stuff hope they got it all.. SWMBO knows a person who has some sort of brain cancer and is going to try that worming cure. The person has been given at the most 4 months to live. The Drs wont or cant give them any chemo or any other treatment due to where its located, so basically nothing they can do apart from wait to die. The worming I'm referring to, google Dog Worming cures Cancer, theres lots of articles about it. As the person the Mrs knows said, they are sceptical, BUT they are "F**ked Anyway", so got nothing to lose, they have ordered them along with the other things suggested, and going to give it a go. Ask me in 3-4 Months if they are still here and how they are doing. |

Oh dear. www.koreaherald.com Time to Live is based on a bit of a statistic....x number with same cancer lived x years, x number didn't. It's meaningless really. Loads of things affect it, age, general health, regular treatments.....etc. If it doesn't cost them a fortune and doesn't involve haring off to mexico or somewhere, well, why not. BUt if it does...I feel the family members left broke. |

| 1465422 | 2019-12-09 04:33:00 | The person concerned was actually looking at the so called treatment in Mexico, cost was going to be 50K No way they could afford it, and after they looked a bit deeper there were as many fails as success, so that went out the door. The person is young (low 30's) fit as a fiddle ( just not healthy). So as they said, they are buggered anyway so nothing to lose. Dr's wont do a thing, as they were quite sure there is nothing that can be done. |

But doctors aren't always stupid. Chemo, radiation can cause more cancer you know, and the side effects, well basically it's a race - kill the cancer before it kills you. Friend of ours died of brain cancer at a young age, well youngish, she had school age kids at the time. |
