| 1461189 | 2019-06-03 23:44:00 | I am Win 10 64bit Build 1903. After upgrading to Build 1903 late last week I noticed a change in screen behaviour at login. When I boot up laptop my standard the last background picture (normally from me being last user) shows on screen. When I key in my password my Account picture (which is smaller) shows in clear focus at top of screen and the background picture gets blurred out. After going through boot-up stage my normal screen with my selected icons appears as per normal. I have searched through the various options under Settings but can find no reference as to why the blurring out occurs. It is not a major -it just irritates me. Any ideas why this occurs and if so does any one know a fix? Neil |

Some of their "bright sparks" need to be drenched in cold water to stop them activating unnecessary changes. I also am registered with MS Community Forum and it is currently full of complaints about some of the latest Office 365 Outlook changes e.g. the send email screen now has half inch width rows for cc, bcc and subject. -totally unnecessary and unwanted. |

Yep found that out this morning, I went to send some mail and thought WTF Has my graphics gone bung or something, that doesn't look right :confused: I know click to run updated a couple of times over the last few days but didn't really think much about it. 9675 Its no big deal, still works OK just a slightly different look. Looks like its going towards the "simple" interface that the online version has. Just did a back to back comparison, the Online line spacing is still larger, but the inbuilt mail (not outlook) its identical. |
