| 1461175 | 2019-06-02 10:08:00 | Question for MS PowerPoint 2013 and WhatsApp experts: I created a powerpoint slide show (total 31 photos) and inserted an audio file. The slide show plays very well with the audio at the background until the slide show finishes on my PC. :) But, when I sent the pptx file via WhatsApp to a friend overseas, he told me that the audio (a song) doesn't play till the end of the slide show! It stops at about 3/4 way till the end. Any one here can help to explain why is it so, and a solution, if any, please. Cheers. |

| 1461176 | 2019-06-04 00:44:00 | No one here can enlighten me or shed some light on the above? I did quite a bit of Googling but produces no positive results. I tried it on one of my mate's phone with same problem. I then downloaded the pptsx file from the phone to my desktop PC and it plays the slideshow perfectly without any issue. I also copied the said file from my PC to my mobile (Samsung Note5) and play the slideshow from the phone but produces exactly the same problem - the audio stops at about 3/4 way; suggesting that it's not a WhatsApp problem. From the above experiments, can I say that problem is with the mobile devices which may have some compatibility issues with playing pptsx slideshows? Haven't got a chance to try on iPhones. Is there any work around suggestions? Cheers. |
