1461149 2019-06-02 04:15:00 Somehow my "Junk Email" folder has disappeared and now I am getting junk email in my Inbox. Not only that, but I used to have an option where I could mark an email spam (one that the junk email missed) so it would go to the junk email folder. That, too, has disappeared.:badpc:

I would like to get them back.

Your help is appreciated.

1461150 2019-06-02 04:23:00 Outlook Express ???

Sure its Express ?? That was last out in XP, after that it changed to various other programs, (Windows Mail)

Theres a HUGE Difference between Outlook Express and Outlook.

1461151 2019-06-02 04:27:00 Sorry, Wainui, I did not know there was a difference. It just says Outlook. I stand corrected. Roscoe (6288)
1461152 2019-06-02 06:07:00 Sweet :) no Problems.

Try looking in the Deleted Items Folder, some version its moved or even hidden , what version of Outlook are you using ?

1461153 2019-06-02 07:03:00 There is nothing in the deleted items folder.

How do I find out which version I am using?

1461154 2019-06-02 07:59:00 Have a look at "Help > About" probably in Files or maybe at the top right. I do not have Outlook to check. CliveM (6007)
1461155 2019-06-02 08:37:00 Thank you for your help, Clive. Unfortunately, help does not have an about, and Outlook does not have a File, so I don't know where to look. Roscoe (6288)

1461157 2019-06-02 21:44:00 I find it far better to login to webmail and mark as spam there.
That way you don't get it to the inbox in the first place.
Of course, it depends who runs your email, this is brilliant with Gmail and was not so great with Xtra way back when.

1461158 2019-06-03 04:34:00 Roscoe. You probably know all this already but here goes anyway.
There are 2 Outlooks & they always confuse me. One when you open Mail gives you a full screen the other only a part screen down the left hand side. I'm guessing you have the second one.
Open the Mail, down the left is a blue column. At the top are 3 bars, click on this & you get an All Folders list. At the bottom is a Cog icon, click on this & you get Settings. You might find an answer there if you're lucky. Good hunting. PJ
