1461068 2019-05-30 21:48:00 Youtube has 'added' a new feature without my consent - it auto plays my last video when I launched Youtube.

How do I stop it from doing so? It's annoying. Only discovered it this just now when I launched Youtube and it started to play the video I watched last night.

Please help. Cheers.

Might be different if running YT via an app.

The Autoplay button is turned OFF.

I launch the Youtube from Firefox's homepage icon. Have been using this way for a long, long time, without any issue.

It only happened this morning, I upgraded my Win10 to ver 1903 yesterday afternoon. It maybe ver 1903 is causing that!

Hope there's a fix for it.

1461071 2019-05-31 02:14:00 Same thing happen if you just go to youtube.com? I know this happens to me if I close firefox completely when in youtube, and firefox will reopen it on the last page I was on. Seems a similar "feature" of firefox. the_bogan (9949)

The only time a video carries on is if I stop it or leave the page then come back to it next time, then it will carry on from where it left off.

Adding: Did some more testing. But only on some browsers. Edge doesn't carry on neither does the New DEV version. They start from the beginning again.

Do you clean out the temp files when finished ? (Ccleaner) could be running / picking up from them
