1460840 2019-05-20 05:07:00 Hi All. I am using the above to read books. It has a male American speaking voice. There was a program that gave you choice of voice with tone & speed options. I am using W10 & cannot find it again. Thanks. PJ Poppa John (284)
1460841 2019-05-20 05:17:00 On the search ( arrow points to it in the 1st Picture below) Click search, type in Speech, Select Speech Settings from the listed results, every thing is right there. ( 2nd picture)

The options are limited on the default settings, from the drop down box as in the previous picture you can change there.

If you want any others you have to scroll down that page to "Manage Voices" Then click ADD, select the one you want, this will install a language pack, once its finished (Close the settings window and reopen ) you'll have more options.

Failing that you will have to install some sort of program that changes ( dont ask me what- I dont use them)
