| 1225705 | 2011-08-24 10:21:00 | ok but it won't print. Ran diagnostics and it says " [Status for LPT1] Result=(02)The printer on this port is not responding. Status Line=BUSY:H,ACK:H,PE:H,SLCT:H,FALT:H,SLIN:L,HBSY:H ,INIT:H,STB:H Tried using another port and and restarting the computer but still gives the same message. No other printers are installed on this pc. Operating Windows XP and connected the printer by USB cable. Power cable on and printer light is on. Is there anything else I can try please? |

| 1225706 | 2011-08-24 10:28:00 | Umm LPT1 is the parallel port, are you using the parallel port or a USB port? Does it have a parallel port and USB?? If its USB, did you install the drivers before connecting it / turning it on? | Speedy Gonzales (78) | ||
| 1225707 | 2011-08-24 10:29:00 | LPT1 is a parallel port, not USB. Have you installed any software/drivers for the printer? |

| 1225708 | 2011-08-24 10:38:00 | Looks like it does have both tho (www.fujixerox.co.nz) Looks like the drivers are here (onlinesupport.fujixerox.com) Try changing the port under the printer in control panel to USB (If you've installed the drivers) |
