Those in charge had to apply best practice armed with the information they had at hand.That is all. Sure its a tragedy, That hasn't changed, But its not the fault of those who were put in charge after the incident happened. |

| 1197991 | 2011-04-28 21:53:00 | They don't really know if it is a body until they get a higher resolution camera. A bit like the faces on Mars. When they first took photos of them with a low res. camera they sure looked like faces, but when they took the same shot years later with a higher res. camera they didn't even resemble faces. :) |
