Look like a half sucked minute you will get the service you deserve. I have had to walk out from a few places because the queue is too long (far queue) like my Post Shop and MSL fasteners on Rosebank Road but like General McArthur I will come back and try my luck later. I think it is them that are supposed to bright and bubbly. |

A telephone ringing is a noisy distraction which is best quietened by answering. For some reason service people tend to give more importance to people on the end of the phone over the person in the shop. Why not put the phone on hold rather than put the customer in the shop on hold. The person on the phone is ringing to save himself a visit to the shop while the customer in the shop has taken the bother to come into the shop. |

Most of the people shopping there now will be fools. Though that doesn't explain the idiot salesperson I saw who was poking his finger on the screens of both a Plasma and an LCD TV saying "The LCD goes purple when I do this, it's not as good, you should get the Plasma" Yeah... because everyone uses their TV by poking it. What a complete moron. |
