Maybe it is because of the layout, but we do prefer the one at Bayfair. If it's the weekend the wait can be longer and from observation, that is more because of customers, who seem to have brought the entire family along for entertainment, than the staff member attending them. Unfortunately, staff at the coal face of a lot of places seem to have to be phone receptionists/advisers/unpackers/shelf organisers as well as salespeople. Maybe there should be more undercover bosses. |

| 1199538 | 2011-05-06 00:15:00 | Walk out and stay out please. I am with Jester if you are bright and bubbly they will look after you. Look like a half sucked mintie you will get the service you deserve. I have had to walk out from a few places because the queue is too long (farqueue) like my Post Shop and MSL fasteners on Rosebank Road but like General McArthur I will come back and try my luck later. This comment has been made in isolation of any facts about my demeanour. My issue was not with the wait but the fact that I was ignored after a phone call came in and then forgotten about. That is hardly looking after your customer! You should read the posts more carefully before making silly comments. |

| 1199541 | 2011-05-06 06:55:00 | IDK, it just seems more straightforward to go into the shop, buy 5 300Ω resistors and walk out. Oh, that's the other thing, too. Bought a new iPod from there online. Came in a box 3 times bigger and had about a metre of that "Air pack" stuff in it. |

| 1199543 | 2011-05-06 07:12:00 | What Agent said. Could get a debit card but nah Well, I certainly recommend one - they are pretty good, gives you a lot more selection over what you can buy. I buy a lot of stuff on eBay that I normally couldn't get at the same prices or couldn't get here at all. Electronic components, mostly |
