All for the control of oil which they they consume in vast quantities waging war! Bin Laden was mentored by USA and he assisted them fight the Russians in Afghanistan. That over, they dumped him and reneged on all the deals. He then hit back at USA, and I don't blame him. This was the same situation with Saddam Hussein so that USA could monopolize the oil fields. After a while Saddam became very powerful and ceased to be the humble servant. Bush, being an oil man, didn't like this and waged war on trumped up charges of having 'weapons of mass destruction', which proved unfounded. In my opinion George Bush should go before the war crimes tribunal. I do not believe that Bin Laden is dead. Its all too convenient. I think they have the wrong man, and couldn't wait to conceal the evidence. We only have the American Government's word for it, and that is unreliable. We will probably never know the truth because even if Bin Laden announced that he was alive. they would say that it was a hoax. |

After they got rid of Saddam it was the European oil companies that got back into Iraq first. And I think even now US oil cos have not got much of a share of it. |

And I think even now US oil cos have not got much of a share of it. Its not about the US "stealing oil" its about "control" of the region. Middle East governments favouring Western governments & companies as its critical to Western economies including ours. Anyone like Saddam looking to upset the balance of control in the Middle East has to go. You must of heard it many times , stability in the middle East is important to American foreign policy.
