| 1198607 | 2011-05-01 23:58:00 | I was always amazed by the fact that during the war the Englanders didnt make new models of cars. Come 1946 they continued the run of 1939 cars. It is amazing though the interchangeability of parts in that a 1937 part would fit on the 1959 Popular. With stupid jap cars they change the models almost completely every 5 years. |

That's a long time to wait to finally find somewhere you could fit that part you bought in 1937. ;) Jaguar still haven't made a car to fit a spare parts dept. door panel made in 1975. :( Perhaps that is why anglo cars are such big sellers world-wide. |
