Hi Richard I used to use FF a long time ago when it was really the only alternative to IE that I knew then I switched to Chrome, I have downloaded FF a couple of times over the last few months to have a look and ended up going back to Chrome.

I am not really passionate one way or the other but I am curious as to why people persist with a browser that they have issues with, and the ever changing versions of FF as it slowly looks more and more like Chrome but with more problems is one example.

ps as I said I dont really have a view one way or the other so this is not a criticism question, Chrome I just find easy so it suits me especially just the one txt entry point of URL's or search.

cheers George

This is the problem, which seems to be quite common among FF6 users. Any suggestions welcome.

1228563 2011-09-04 04:32:00 It is really strange.

Millions of people are using FF 6.00 with no problems but quite a few of us have problems with it.

My Problem is the slowness and the "Not Responding" problem which has hundreds of posts on the Mozilla forums, but no real definitive fixes, just a whole lot of try this or try that.
