| 1227546 | 2011-08-31 02:14:00 | Hi Guys I have never used Skype, but a friend of mine wants me to help set up Skype on her laptop. My question is that she is on dialup and I doubt if it would run on dialup. Does anyone know if it is practical to use Skype on dialup ? Thanks |

| 1227551 | 2011-08-31 10:55:00 | If you can get a decent dial up speed (i.e. not in the evenings or other high usage time) then Skype audio will work OK. I used it before we got broadband and it worked with a 95 - 100% connection, with no lag. Video will be a no go. | Strommer (42) | ||
