Why is it that my computer is saving what I save as data (numbers and letters ) instead of what I am viewing ??? help please |

What application are you talking about? Is it possible that (say) when you double-click on the file in Explorer, it opens using a different program that only shows you the raw data? A screenshot may help, if it's nothing sensitive. |

what I mean is if i copy some information off a web site and save it say to my desktop for example , when I go to open it I have a lot of numbers and letters instead of something i can read, the same happens if I want to print something unless I save it to word or notepad and then open or print it. Does this make sense ??? |

Take a snapshot of it then crop / print it instead. Probably look better. Dont know what youre doing to get numbers. Unless youre looking at the source for whatever sites |
