| 1229048 | 2011-09-05 21:26:00 | Hi, I got Windows Vista Service Pack2. My headphone was working fine. I don't know when it stopped working. Under "Sound-->Playback Devices", the speaker etc are enabled and showing as working. But the Headphone is showing as "Not Plugged In". Thus "Enable/Disable option is grayed out and can't change. I can't listen voice in iTune and Real Player etc. But I can still talk on Skype. I think, this is because Skype has separate option which playback device to choose. But this shows the headphone is plugged in and working. I have done "Update Driver" and it is the latest driver installed. I have tried restart PC two three times but still not working. Please give me some clue to solve this problem. Thanks. |
