2011-09-04 23:46:00 | You can do it yourself, but you'll need some kind of video capture card, (it maybe external as well), and a program to record the video/audio in signal. Then you can burn it to DVD | Speedy Gonzales (78) | |

2011-09-04 23:54:00 | Any hardware designed for this will take care of it all. If it's just one VHS I'd look for someone else to do it, no help there sorry, but if you want to do a bunch invest in some hardware. Something like this. www.ascent.co.nz or this www.ascent.co.nz

2011-09-05 00:57:00 | You can always buy a DVD/Hardrive recorder and do it that way. Just connect up your video recorder to it then record to the hd then burn to a DVD. :)

2011-09-05 03:28:00 | I HAD a tuner that had S-video (I could record from VCR / whatever). Until 1. The VCR died lol 2. I changed from 32 to 64 bit. That was the end of the tuner

2011-09-05 04:05:00 | hoanikai, a commercial conversion can cost you an arm and a leg :( all you need is a VHS player, a capture card and a DVD burner - with some shareware programmes as well :) if you reside in the Wellington region and need a hand, drop me a PM
