I agree about dedicated channels I just cant understand if they can have a dedicated Sci fi channel overseas whats so hard about us getting it here. Mind you I also realise that we are really only a tag on to Aussie sky. One last rant - Sky doesn't seem to care about customer loyalty. Been with them since 98, all we get is a piddily 1 free movie a year, wow $7. Did ask them last time I rang about giving free Mysky to long term customers, that was a fail. Ah well, the joys of being a monopoly I spose. |

One of the organisers of F1 are trying to get F1 off of the payware channels and onto the free channels so it is able to be viewed by a bigger audience. Hope that happens here so I can get rid of sky. :) |

I only get the sports channels to watch F1. :( Here's the interesting thing about F1 - we don't get the full F1 show, if you look around for BBC streams there's about an hour worth of talk/interviews/etc before the race starts, we miss all of that. F1 will never be off paid channels till that midget is gone, even then it won't happen anytime soon. (Have you seen that ugly man-like Aussie gal that's his successor? :yuck:) I would totally drop Sky if I could get a LEGAL F1 stream - I'm more than happy to pay a reasonable amount for it too. |
