| 1201520 | 2011-05-13 05:40:00 | Anybody in a state south of the Mason-Dixon should have started their weekend partying already. That and a lot of Tennessee mash whiskey makes the weekend just fly! |

| 1201521 | 2011-05-13 06:46:00 | Joe, managed to get John's email addy from a old hard drive and sent off a "hello" mail one and half hours ago. Tennessee is probably asleep by now. Regards, Lurking. So - you're going from lurking to stalking? :xmouth: |

| 1201522 | 2011-05-13 11:26:00 | It should be around 11:34AM on Friday there right now. That doesn't sound right. Memphis shows up as 5.25am right now. |

| 1201523 | 2011-05-13 14:14:00 | Mike - your post is time-corrected for me to my part of the world, and your time stamp says: 03:26 AM - California Time. That would make it either 5:26AM or 6:26AM, their time. Memphis is either (I have corrected myself here from a four-hour differential to only three) two or three hours ahead of me - depending on Daylight Savings or not - and not all states switch the time to suit the Feds. If it's Noon here, then it's either 2PM or 3PM there. What I forgot is that Memphis is not totally on the Eastern Seaboard, but on Central Daylight Saving's Time instead of Eastern Daylight Saving's Time. |

Only people with a lot of time on their hands would have time to work that out and use the word "differential"! And to think - it's all because of the railways - sorry, railroads (en.wikipedia.org). But, of course, it was all started by us Brits (en.wikipedia.org) anyway, who actually invented the steam railways (en.wikipedia.org). |

We are GMT + 12 and Menphis, Tennessee is GMT - 5 which is a 17 hour difference so when it was 3 . 35pm here (by your post) it would have been 10 . 35pm Thursday and not 11:34AM on Friday as you said . When I arrived in LAX back in 78 I had great trouble trying to tell people that I left NZ at 12 . 20am Saturday and arrived there at 7 . 00pm Friday, the day before I left . Time travel is great . :D This site ( . greenwichmeantime . com/time-zone/" target="_blank">wwp . greenwichmeantime . com) you might find usefull . |

Hey, that was neat - I wrote a word that is an alternative to "faeces" and I was rewarded with four stars for using it!! Is this the start of a new game?? (And the spell checker is telling me I've misspelled (or should that be missmelled?) "faeces"!! |
