1201303 2011-05-11 08:23:00 What ever the leaflet dropper got prosecuted for

AFAIK he hasn't been prosecuted for anything. To be prosecuted, you have to be proven guilty of a crime. As far as I know racism isn't illegal.

Wrong.

To be prosecuted it only has to be alleged you have committed an offence and then it goes to Court and the prosecution have to prove the matter.

And making racist comments is actually against the law but then has anyone been prosecuted for same and defended the matter?

1201305 2011-05-11 08:37:00 I just got home and turned on Close up on TVNZ One. A white guy and a Chinese women were being interviewed. Apparently from the part I saw the white guy reckoned that Asians coming here are from communist countries and therefore Asians are communists. The Asian woman had an amused smile on her face and so she should have. I do not know why the media even bother to give these moronic white-guys any publicity. Not all white guys (including me) support the racist views of this minority group.

Some Asians came here to escape from an oppressive regime.

Massey University sociologist Paul Spoonley told Morning Report the group is small and mainly made up of people from skinhead gangs or associated political movements and the leaflet drop is an attempt to stir publicity in an election year.

1201306 2011-05-11 08:44:00 That's the way it is. Accept it.

Which country in the Western world doesn't resist Asians (coloured people)?

If he(she) cannot tolerate this sort of racism, best solution will be to go back to his (her) country of origin. One has to sacrifice hell of lot to be in a foreign place, whether you like it or not.

New Zealand should I say, is one of the best among the Western countries - as far as racism is concerned.

Neither FOR nor AGAINST.

Just accepting the REALITY.

As the old saying goes:

If you can't beat them, join them; and if you can't join them, then got to leave them -- pack up and go.

Simple as that.

1201310 2011-05-11 11:01:00 Yawn.....these skinheads are only confrontational and confident when they're in a group.....one on one they're easy to scare like little shits that they are.

One time in town one tried to pick a fight with me. Then my white Hungarian army friend (who sorta looks like a skinhead, been telling him to grow some damn hair) came along, the skinhead thinking my friend didn't know me, called out to my friend "let's get that Asian" or something along those lines. Long story short, he had an adrenaline-filled night. :D

Pretty sure though if the leaflet was something bad about us White Europeans it would be ok.
Oh look, a typical prefect post.

If it was against the law someone saying White mfos would surely break it.
Since the race relations conciliator didnt prosecute it has set a precedent I guess.
Dropping off leaflets the same, the race relations commission is now a lame duck.
