| 1229406 | 2011-09-07 10:18:00 | I bought a new 160GB PS3 this afternoon. I tried to connect it now and the message it displays is "the correct hard disk was not found" please help me out as i cannot call Sony help desk and Noel leeming is closed now. Regards, Mo |

| 1229414 | 2011-09-09 11:23:00 | If it's brand new just take it back and get them to swap it (I'm sure they will when you demonstrate the problem to them) 1) If you start opening it up etc you may lose your warranty 2) since it's brand new, it should not be a jumper problem, it's more likely an actual fault. |
