I agree with most of your comments, however I do not agree with lengthy jail terms as it just increases the costs to the public without the offender learning anything. Having the offender spend time doing work for the elderly would be a better idea, I also think we should bring back the stocks as I am sure public humiliation is substantially better that imprisonment.	woc (13210)
