1230146 2011-09-14 08:04:00 Did you uninstall the Nvidia drivers, then use something like Driver sweeper to remove them. Then reinstall the latest drivers? Speedy Gonzales (78)
1230147 2011-09-14 08:08:00 I just used the standard old windows uninstall driver. Then I installed new drivers (used the automatic search function) so I assume I have the latest ones. icow (15313)
1230148 2011-09-14 08:11:00 Auto search function from what? Windows update? I wouldnt use windows update drivers Speedy Gonzales (78)
1230149 2011-09-14 08:14:00 Ok I'll download them manually. I got this warning in event viewer: The driver \Driver\WUDFRd failed to load for the device Root\SIDESHOW\0000. icow (15313)
1230150 2011-09-14 08:23:00 Looks like that error comes from a logitech G13/G15 keyboard (forums.logitech.com).

It looks like 2 devices arent compatible with Windows 7 (forums.logitech.com). Looks like disabling the logitech gamepanel devices mono & qvga in the device manager fixes it

1230152 2011-09-14 08:28:00 Those are from 2010 according to the dates. Is the date / year on your system correct? Speedy Gonzales (78)
1230153 2011-09-14 08:40:00 Yeah system date and time are right. I guess we just ignore that then...
Used driver sweeper. Installing new drivers now.

1230154 2011-09-14 08:46:00 Also VMWARE seems obsessed with making PROGRAM FILES (X86) (X86) in my c drive. icow (15313)
1230155 2011-09-14 08:48:00 Pass dont use it. I used it once it ate C up lol. Even after I had uninstalled VM. I had to reformat to get my space back Speedy Gonzales (78)
