| 1202913 | 2011-05-18 01:41:00 | If they don't like it they can resign and find a less challenging position. My last job there was no overtime and it was a flat rate per hour. Some weeks you would work 30 hours and others it was 70. Made budgeting a bit difficult but that was my only complaint. |
