| 1230524 | 2011-09-12 09:09:00 | When I sent an email to 3 different recipients, say, A, B, and C.; and, when all of them replied to my email, they are merged into one. How do I make it to show separately like in previus versions in my Inbox? | bk T (215) | ||

| 1230526 | 2011-09-12 09:20:00 | Outlook 2010 appears to have a default view of 'group by conversation'. You can change back to the classic view by following these steps: - Modify the view settings for a folder to your preference - On the View tab, in the Current View group, click Change View - Click Apply Current View to Other Mail Folders. Then in the Apply View dialog box select specific folders or select your entire mail box and mark the option to include subfolders. Source (social.technet.microsoft.com) |
