1232245 2011-09-19 10:18:00 Having an issue on multiple PC's one Windows 7 Laptop and the other two XP Pro Desktops. After testing them all it seems as though download ranges from hi 800kps up to around 4mbps in a rural area not to far out of town. Our problem is with our upload, try and upload a video to youtube or an ordinary picture to Blogger etc and no go. Nothing happens, I understand that this is an issue with youtube but a single photo to a Blogger page, and family striking the same thing uploading pictures to Facebook. Tried running the Telecom Fix everything app and it errors. Any ideas ? Newteach (4990)
1232246 2011-09-19 10:23:00 And whats the telecom fix program? Never heard of it. Are there any firewalls on these (besides windows)? Speedy Gonzales (78)
1232247 2011-09-19 10:35:00 "This tool is free to use for Telecom Broadband customers. It'll help troubleshoot most common internet connection and email issues, keeping you surfing smoothly"
and no, even turned off the Windows Firewall, hate to blame Xtra but connection speed up and down has been up and down like Burlusconi's trousers lately.

1232249 2011-09-19 23:40:00 Hi Newteach,

Login to your router and post your ADSL Line Stats, both what you're syncing at as well as your SNR / Noise Margin, Attenuation etc.

Also, post your results from speedtest.net so we can get a *rough* idea what you're attaining.

Cheers

Chill.
