The neighbour did not have his driver's licence with him as he was not expecting to drive. Did the cops give him a break? Nope. He was charged with failing to produce the valid license he held. I took him to the police station where he showed the cop on duty his license but that made no difference. |

| 1204555 | 2011-05-24 21:24:00 | The law is the law. :) And there are some ultra **** laws too, like when my license had expired, $600 fine which they said was light in comparison to what I could get, hadn't expired very long either, no letter or reminder in the mail, no 'get your license renewed warning/timeframe', just instant fine. |
