1203902	2011-05-23 07:38:00	Ok they sent me a letter....... or 2. i have a auto payment which i alter from time to time to go up or down depending on what the pocket is like, never going into the red for this company. over the summer i lowered payment amount. i got a letter to say pay more for projected use of power going by last years usage. they said pay or i lose my prompt payment thingy. i rang explained im not on that, oh they said, should we cancel it? no i said i will just alter my payments. so now they happy, and i am still on a plan i didnt know i was on, but am still happy to keep paying my money to have power. clear as mud? :D beetle	beetle (243)
1203903	2011-05-23 08:19:00	It may be worth pointing out to these supply drongos that you have never used any of their electricity, having returned every single electron they delivered, extremely quickly and in absolutely immaculate condition. They should be aware that without your (and others) efforts the supplier's entire network would be inoperative and that although to date you have not charged them for this valuable service you have provided night and day, times are changing and you may be compelled to apply a charge for the recovery of both your fixed and variable costs plus recovery of the capital costs you have incurred completing their network. Also, you have provided accommodation, and paid for the energy used by their meter, although to date this meter has never provided a single useful service to you. :thumbs:	R2x1 (4628)
