H,C and P should be decriminalized and free treatment offeredt to everyone caught with it. manufacture, distribution etc should still be cracked down on. hallucinogens should be decriminalized and regulated heavily. public awareness is key. people who develop unhealthy habits should seek treatment. the atomization of our society is highly destructive. methadone works. |

Sure beats doing it the old fashioned way, Like trying to break the habit. Though of course they are already damaged beyond repair. Scum, through and through. And there is no such thing as free treatment, The tax payers get that bill. |

If you really want to know how the sensible sentencing trust feel about a jail term for the person in your original post then why not contact them and ask? "I'm trying to figure out what our Sensible Sentencing friends think of jailing drug addicts following Pete Doherty's six month jail sentence today for cocaine possession."
