| 1232163 | 2011-09-19 04:22:00 | Depends on what browser you are using. If you were using IE8, simply reopen the browser, then either go to tools - View downloads, or press ctrl+j to open the download windows, click on resume and it will carry on from where it stopped. |

| 1232167 | 2011-09-21 01:06:00 | Try http://aria2.sourceforge.net/ Might be able to get it to resume the file, but without a download log (you didn't use aria2 on the download already) you need to set a special command-line switch. Can't remember what it was now. |

But if they block the entire Sourceforge site, you should loudly complain! try direct link here: downloads.sourceforge.net ts%2Faria2%2Ffiles%2Fstable%2Faria2-1.12.1%2F&ts=1316565839&use_mirror=superb-dca2 Or if you can access rapidshare etc I could upload it to there for you |
