1231570 2011-09-16 10:14:00 Hi Guys.
Acer Aspire 5750 running W7 64 bit.
When I first got the computer I was ditching the crap and tweeking the machine. I think I did something with the touch pad which disabled it. (I prefer a mouse)Since then I have tried without success to restart it as SWMBO wants to use it.

The Startup (in CCleaner) shows it what I think is the starting line:
SynTPEnh %ProgramFiles%\Synaptics\SynTP\SynTPEnh.exe

It is enabled and I cannot see any other program related to the touchpad.

Any ideas very welcome

1231574 2011-09-17 09:10:00 OK. Downloaded the driver and installed it. Went without a hitch.pressf1.pcworld.co.nz But still not working.:badpc:
Disconnected the mouse thinking it might work without the mouse connected but no different.
Any more ideas out there?
