| 1204762 | 2011-05-25 02:16:00 | A doctor's or dentist's surgery is a business of sorts. Nearly all business will get more negative feedback than positive. People are naturally more likely to complain about bad service that they are to praise good service. We all expect good service. Negative feedback can be beneficial to a business if handled the right way. Most people would sign the form without understanding the meaning of it. I would be extremely worried about a doctor who is afraid of getting negative feedback and would look elsewhere. |

| 1204763 | 2011-05-25 08:44:00 | It's probably a form introduced to practices that are owned by a bigger entity - like a corporate structure, with hundreds or thousands of practitioners all work under the same 'brand'. Having one practitioner get dozens of bad reviews could arguably damage more than just that one practitioners reputation - damaging the bigger corporate as a whole... and as all corporates care about is money... well - it's not terribly surprising in that light. | Paul.Cov (425) | ||
