1205742	2011-05-31 09:12:00	It looks like prisons are to be smoke free from 1 July. Good job, I say. Carrot sticks:confused:. I remember when I was a kid we could buy lolly cigarettes which we could pretend to smoke but I guess that carrot sticks would be a healthier option. A few years ago a paint store was burned down in Invercargill. The smoke drifted down wind to the prison. Because of all the toxic smoke the prisoners had to be evacuated. I can see cigarettes as well as drugs being smuggled into the prisons.	Bobh (5192)
