Or, better still, a mind-reader.:D

1205280 2011-05-30 03:36:00 Hi guys, thought I'd jump in here and let you know what was up.

Bot, we did indeed have a problem with a small number of our ATMs not rendering some onscreen content correctly. We rolled out a fix for this last week which should now have reached all affected ATMs. Hopefully the machines you were accessing are now running as they should, if not, let us know so we can follow up (Tweet us www.twitter.com/bnzbank if you like).

Also, all BNZ ATMs support 8 different languages, including Maori. Here's the full list, if you're interested :)

English
Chinese Traditional
Chinese Modern
French
German
Japanese
Korean
Maori

Incidentally, after English, German is the most commonly selected language used on our ATMs in NZ.

Hope this helps.

Our BNZ branch just got a new ATM with a new multi language feature. Unfortunately it isn't rendering Chinese or any other foreign languages correctly.

Does anyone else have this problem in their town/wherever?

1205288 2011-05-30 10:24:00 I should point out that out of some 5000 employees, only a couple of us are allowed to Tweet, Facebook and read PressF1 as part of our jobs :D BNZ (16393)
