| 1233229 | 2011-09-24 03:47:00 | Hi all I am running xp service pack3, I want to uninstall msn and when I go to try on Add|Remove programs it wont let me as a message comes up unable to remove as internet conection is closed which is wrond I hve tried several tims and get same message. Can anyone help please? |

| 1233234 | 2011-09-26 10:25:00 | i got your questions, maybe you need to restart your computer. cause some of your MSN or MSN explorer components is in using, so you cann't uninstall them until you shut all the service down. press ctrl+alt+del check the window Task Manager, and check which component is in using , then click End task, click ok. You know some of the MSN service components Auto Startup. So you can only uninstall the MSN with shutting down all the service. |
