| 1233693 | 2011-09-26 08:14:00 | ok, first, most linksys routers are pretty rubbish, I used to have one (recently got a tp-link, far better). A lot of them are constantly reset themselves, and if you are playing an online game, then it constantly cuts off. So whats a good Brand to go for? from what I read above I will stay away from linksys. Most people here commented that the Thomson is crap; but from my personal experiences with 3 units of the Thomson routers, they are excellent. Very good signal strength (wireless), stable, excellent speed. However, I have to admit that the user interface (for setting up) is definitely not user friendly, other than this, I can't ask for more. |
