1207449 2011-06-07 01:11:00 Whilst vainly searching for my name in the “Queens Birthday Honours List” it came to my notice a disproportionate number who were honoured for “Services to Maori” (some 20 at a quick count), but not one for services to Pakeha.

Am I to assume that this is further evidence of Hone Key’s Separatist and Racist policies?

1207450 2011-06-07 01:14:00 You can't assume anything as there is no actual evidence as such. Snorkbox (15764)
1207451 2011-06-07 01:58:00 Wonder how much a Sir / Dame costs these days?? Seems that they they give one to anyone who has a well paid job or a socialite who has never work a paid day in her life.

Also NZ must be the only country that has honored someone for their contribution to gossip.. Time the hole thing was done away with..

Well a 20:0 scoreline indicates to me that it is not only possible, but more than likely probable and therefore probably safe to assume.

This also leaves me wondering what the cost to the Taxpayer was for these “Race Based Services” that were worthy of such honours.

1207454 2011-06-07 02:34:00 But did anyone notice that a fair proportion of those people like 100% were not full blooded Maori? Snorkbox (15764)
1207455 2011-06-07 02:34:00 Hi B.M. re: Whilst vainly searching for my name in the “Queens Birthday Honours List”

Don't bother searching next year...... the G.G's staff will contact you some weeks beforehand to see if you will accept. They don't want the embarrassment of having you publicly saying "stuff it".

Given that there are no full blooded Maoris and haven’t been since the 1940’s it comes as no surprise. :D

1207457 2011-06-07 02:55:00 Did you also note that none seemed to be even quarter cast? Snorkbox (15764)
