| 1234483 | 2011-09-29 08:22:00 | My Win XP PC does not recognise any SDHC camera cards over 2GB in size but does recognise USB flash drives over this size. Is the card reader to blame for this or Win XP? Or is it due to the "HC" bit? I always thought it wouldn't be able to read flash drives over 2GB so was surprised when it did but can't understand why it won't read the SDHC card as well. |

| 1234486 | 2011-09-29 09:20:00 | Good thinking guys! Straight after I posted I dug out the cameras to check their cards and discovered that the 1GB card is indeed a plain vanilla SD card. And to answer your question I can't see any HD markings on the reader so it looks like it takes SD only. Until tonight I didn't know the cards were actually two different beasts. :blush: Problem solved! Cheers. :cool: |

| 1234487 | 2011-09-29 09:58:00 | You may be able to fix it with a driver update. My laptop's card reader couldn't do anything over 1GB until I upgraded the drivers. (but I don't know yet if it can do SDHC) |
