| 1235403 | 2011-10-04 22:58:00 | The email account for both yourself and the recipient, are they web based Eg Gmail, Live mail or are they from your ISP and getting mails through Outlook, thunderbird etc to your or their PC. | wainuitech (129) | ||
| 1235404 | 2011-10-04 23:17:00 | Mine is through my ISP, using live mail. The recipients address suggest it is through an ISP & I assume using Outlook. Have spoken to the recipient today & they were aware of the problem & had techs working on it yesterday. |

| 1235405 | 2011-10-05 08:50:00 | Are you able to get them to check their "out of office" settings (wherever they are able to set this up, either at webmail or Outlook or anywhere else). It could be a hijacked "out of office" setting. | ellpow (16400) | ||

| 1235407 | 2011-10-05 18:46:00 | Since my first post they have had techs working on it, so hopfully it is sorted. I've had one genuine email from them since. Thanks for your help. |
