A couple of them are no longer selling houses, but doing other things in the general "Real Estate" area, such as looking after rental properties / inspections, things like that. |

How much commission do they actually get for selling a house, anyone here knows? |

We have a Real Estate Consultant here in our a/h of Christchurch area, who seems to do very well, I can't find his flyers to see what his charges are. Since the 6.3 quake he has done a great job looking after the area, had washing machines in his garage for free usage, also arranged much the same thing at the Aranui Primary School, ( he is of course the Community Councilor for this area). This man would be the exception in respect of wealth. Lurking. |
