IIRC (and there's a good chance I don't) a small group formed their own (illegal) Maori police, they went around some properties/businesses demanding payment for use of 'their' land, or something along those lines. |

This Constable managed to keep a straight face and acted very professionally. He should be pro. He's a cop, and being Pakeha, might make things worse if he did not. Recall years ago, where a Islander who was stopped, killed a cop, by flooring him. |
