Your - you're Shouldn't of - shouldn't have Studyin - studying And sentences contain capital letters too. You get taught that when doing IT, when i did it 8 or 9 years go we had to do writing and accounting as part of the course, mind you it was astounding how illiterate some guys are. |

| 1207843 | 2011-06-09 01:31:00 | i started studyin for my diploma in computing and i.t. at the start of this year and am a little puzzled by the following query. i have just signed up for a login and pass for isky (slowest loading website ever!!!) when it finally loads up i find it cool to use as i run my computer through my 42inch in the lounge. now im with woosh right (also a sh*t isp...) but the cool thing is that any isky i watch doesnt come off my data cap. so getting to the point i just wanna know how my isp knows how to differentiate the traffic that comes to me from isky as compared to the rest of my internet traffic. im assuming they must know how to tell the difference if the data from isky doesnt come off my data cap right? so is this done by them simply knowing what i.p isky has and just letting that data flow on to me or does my i.s.p have seperate bandwith set aside for them??? sorry if any of this doesnt make sense like i said im only in my first six months of the computing world and there are some things i have yet to grasp the concept of. thanks for reading my rant lol looking forward to someone satisfying my curiosity!! Phone them and ask. We have the spelling and grammer police on here so watch out. LL |
