1235339 2011-10-04 03:27:00 Setting up this old IBM ThinkCentre 8213 PC running XP Pro SP3 and the system momentarily hangs (for 2-3 minutes) for no reasons. I suspected it's one of the hardware updates from MS that causes this problem. There's no restore point created before the updates.

Event viewer shows the following:

"The following boot-start or system-start driver(s) failed to load.
HWiNF032 "

What's this HWiNF032?

1235343 2011-10-04 06:06:00 It may not have uninstalled properly, leaving garbage behind. Try Ccleaner, and ,if that does not make a difference, reinstall the program and uninstall it with Revo Uninstaller. PPp (9511)

Clean re-install of XP sorted it out!
