| 1236132 | 2011-10-07 09:34:00 | Well, they just upped my data from 25 GBs to 30 GBs and downed my moolah cost from $82 to $80. Speed is acceptable. No free off peak though, not that I use the computer between 2 am and 8 am. LL |

| 1236134 | 2011-10-07 19:36:00 | I've overall been pretty happy. Had some issues with packet loss, but it's just me, so they're looking into my line again... Consistently reaching 12mbps nationally / internationally, and 250GB for $35 a month (Half price for 6 months), you can't beat that. Some *terrible* people at their helpdesk, already lodged two formal complaints, but there's also some of the best customer service people there, so I've also spoken to the helpdesk manager about 3 people just to say "thanks". They take their complaints / commendations quite seriously. I wouldn't jump on the flat-rate plan, personally, because you're lumped in the same 'pool' of data as all the other unlimited users. But their actual network itself has been great :) No slow down peak / offpeak at all here! |

Once my 12 months was up i was going to jump to one of the big players but i have had a reason to yet.... |

Bit of a gamble with tech support - sometimes I'll get someone decent who will explain everything, other times I'll get someone who really does not want to be there and wants me off the phone asap! |
