Thats a good price for 30Gb, you must be in there zone for that price? IF i go to their website it will cost me 108/month EDIT: We use orcon at work and they have nealy always been easy to contact (But business is different to pleb home stuff) |

| 1209705 | 2011-06-17 22:06:00 | ....but internationally? All of what you've said is probably NZ-local, such as Steam, and national Speedtest mirrors, yet 90% of browsing probably comes from overseas ;) Looks like you are probably right Chill.... i bet you hear that a lot. Haha I downloaded ubuntu last night at 900kb/s but this morning it will only go 55kb/s Speed test is still ok locally. How do you make it go overseas, it keep defaulting to the fastest server (50km away) |

Just a suburb. It was their special offer with a 1yr contract commitment. Cannot be capped thou .. so if you are over, hope there's money in the bank. :D |

I had to pay an extra $5 a month for another 5gb to get on their new plan ($55 month, no phone/tolls) I think they have screwed up personally, they dont even have an 80Gb plan!! It all happened when i was upgraded to adsl2+. The first month my bill went from $103 down to $57 and i thought this is weird but i aint telling any one. People could ring me but i couldnt ring out (Aha they arent charging me for phone) Then this month still $57 but now my phone has stopped. Im going to just use my cell phone for now to see how i cope. I have had to pay an extra 5 bucks instead of $52/month it is $57 no phone/tolls so it has gone up but in reality i have naked broadband with an 80Gb plan for 57 bucks a month (holy sh1t) |

| 1209710 | 2011-06-18 22:51:00 | Haha good man. Though chances are you'll eventually end up with a big bill when they find out. 80gb would be nice, but then again I do manage about 30 - 60gb offpeak data on top of my 15/20gb every month. Number 1 reason why I don't change from Slingshot - because of those 4 hours of offpeak I get. Set downloads. Set Windows Task Scheduler. Set Shutdown Timer. Win. |
