Seems if it doesn't involve guns the yanks can't recognise that giving China all the pharma jobs is actually a potential national security screwup. Got to wonder if the meth trade will be similarly interrupted, or if somehow the illegal manufacture and trade will still go on unabated. |

| 1467040 | 2020-03-06 20:47:00 | Facebook does have its good points. Theres a couple of groups that are really good, Security, Crime, lost animals, local groups ( whats going on in the community) etc. Theres been many times these groups have helped locate lost people and various other activities. Then theres some real funny posts, like one in Lower Hutt about the toilet paper -- Some of the comments  And the obvious humor posts 10225 |

I suggested to the owner of the local dairy he put a sign in his shop window saying "No toilet rolls kept on these premises". That should deter any looters ... |

Well you carry on looking up 20 odd sites to get any new info when the rest of us have it all in one place. There's plenty that happens around here (meaning location) that is not posted anywhere else. As for the rubbish, easy to avoid. |

| 1467044 | 2020-03-07 04:20:00 | I feel a bit silly after doing the shopping today and coming away with toilet paper, pasta, handwash and instant noodles. All part of the normal shop but I feel part of the idiot crowd now. Perhaps the 8 bottles of wine will help overcome this feeling... Our local PnS had a pallet of toilet paper on the shop floor to satisfy the extra demand. |

| 1467045 | 2020-03-07 04:44:00 | Bugger facebook. And in Aussie news shoppers are resorting to punch ups over toilet paper. My mum just came back from the supermarket, sense prevails here, no shortage and she bought her usual one pack. Without a fight ensuing. |
