hmmn . Perhaps try running the RAM at the lower speed ?
It may not help , but its one of the easy things to try . Theres allways the chance the RAM isnt the spec it claims (unlikely, but can happen)

No easy answer unfortunately .
This is where you'd need to start doing some part swaps for testing , not really a good option for home users who dont have spare parts (PSU RAM ETC) to use for testing

Was all this hardware bought new, or used ? Has it been this unstable since day 1 ?

1461612 2019-06-24 05:05:00 From Experience, this is looking more and more like a Hardware Problem.

A clean install shouldn't cause this type of crashes.

With the Ntoskrnl.exe so early, something is corrupting the OS.

Got a different Hard Drive you can load up W10 Onto ??

The fact its crashing even before finishing updates is pointless adding more and more to it.

1461613 2019-06-24 07:29:00 Ok, before I go into listing ALL the BSOD's that have happened I will say firstly that went into Setup (BIOS) and reset the RAM back to 2400Mhz. See what happens to popup now. Nothing I hope.
The following BSODs all happened shortly after I got to the enter PIN and went to open Edge to look up the BSOD's given Error/Fault. I was getting nowhere.
1 and 2: KERNEL SECRITY CHECK FAILURE
3: Unexpected kernel mode trap
4: SYSTEM SERVICE EXCEPTION....ntfs.sys
Came back onscreen with the Bluescreen saying the PC didn't start properly...I chose to Restart.
5: PAGE FAULT IN NONPAGED AREA...……...CLFS.sys

I then went and increase PageFile from 2,688MB to 4,000MB......That then allowed my using internet and computer. Indications were HW issues so I decided to MemTest the RAM. DL'd TechPowerup Memtest64 and did a 10 loop scan. 5 errors in the first 6 loops. Then before I could save the scan info to text file the PC BSOD's again

6:PFN LIST CORRUPT...…….. restarted and after immediately BSOD'd to

7: Critical Process died.

T'was then I went to BIOS and reset RAM to 2400Mhz.

Have had the machine running now without issue for 30-45 minutes. I performed Sfc /scannow and that showed Windows Resource Protection found corrupt files.
I then used Elevated CMD to run the DISM Commands; dism /online /cleanup-image /checkhealth…….. dism /online /cleanup-image /scanhealth……. dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth…. all tasks completed.
I can't attach the DISM or CBS Logs as either original files or in a WinRAR SFX.exe. I am informed they are not valid files.

So that's about it. Still here since a reset the RAM to 2400Mhz.
I won't smile just yet :( :D

Still no BSOD.... :D
Crossed eyes, fingers and legs!

cheers for now.. I'm grabbing a bus in 20 mins and going shopping. Will leave PC running and see if its alive when I return home. in 2 hours. It is set to Never Turn off both Display and PC.

1461614 2019-06-24 08:11:00 Call me sceptical, BUT looks like some of the full facts are coming out.

1. Reset RAM back to 2400 --------- Overclocked = Unstable.
2. I can't attach the DISM or CBS Logs as either original files or in a WinRAR SFX.exe I am informed they are not valid files.. ------ So what other software has been installed that hasn't been mentioned ??. Windows 10 is not capable of creating a winrar by default, ESPECIALLY a .exe version.

BTW no one in their right mind would run a .exe file from a unknown source (doesn't matter if a AV scan shows its clean) Trying to make things easier by making it self extracting is not needed.

hi. Only other software I installed was a Trial version of WinRAR 64_5.40_Windows 10 because when I attempted to attach the CBS log (one of three in the CBS folder) and the DISM Log from the DISM Logs folder I received a notice saying Invalid files. So, I DL'd WinRAR 30 day Trial to create a WinRAR SFX.exe containing both the CBS and DISM files, then I tried to add that and was informed it is an Invalid File. Perhaps if I had uploaded to MediaFire it would have gone and I could have added the DL link for it from MediaFire as I have done before. I will try to upload the CBS and DISM log files again and show the notification that they are not Valid files to upload in Advanced Mode/Attachments here in the Forum. And then I will Create a folder of the Log files and upload to MediaFire and post link here. I do that in a minute. The logs are very lengthy, as I am sure you know.
The TechPowerup Memtest64 is not installed. Its a mobile app.

So, I uploaded the folder/Files to Mediafire as plain no WinRAR SFX.exe etc. Here is the Link to DL them.

Yeah :D I just remembered something... its known as KISS..... Keep It Simple Stupid

Cheers.
ps: When I returned home Computer was running but nothing on screen, clicked Mouse and pushed keyboard key but nothing came onscreen... Monitor had Green Led...methinks the only thing I not turned off was /is Hibernate. So I Powered off the PC and restarted to get me back here. I about to figure that out how to do disable Hibernate (again)

Now I am going to run The Memtest64 again... as I got the BSOD at the very end of the 10 loop scan last time. Play it again, Sham? Hope not

Was all this hardware bought new, or used ? Has it been this unstable since day 1 ?

1101, hi
Yep all parts for the rig I have now were bought New, I built this rig in about Early February this year, Asus Prime B450M-A Motherboard,
16GB G.Skill Flare X DDR4 2933MHz PC4-23400 for AMD Ryzen CL14 Dual Channel Kit (2x8GB), AMD Ryzen 5 _ 2400G APU, Corsair HX750 750W Full Modular 80 Plus Platinum Power Supply, Corsair Force MP300 M.2 NVMe SSD...… the AMD Radeon Sapphire Nitro+ RX580 GPU I bought used.
It has never been this unstable since the first time I tied to up the RAM Speed to 2933 and a few steps back towards the 2400MHz it was set at...which is Default setting and I was told that if I try to raise the RAM Speed it is OC'ing which Peed me off because if all I gonna get from the 2933Mhz Ram was a default of 2400Mhz well I could have saved many $$$ and simply bought 2400Mhz GSkill Flare X Ram! What a screw that is...… paying for speed I not going to get, unless I am Pro OC'er and know how to twiddle voltages etc etc etc and get that 2400MHz running at 3400MHz, or higher...and push the Ryzen 5 2400G up to a whacking great 5GHz on Air Cooling :D
Yeah. So I have to settle for 2400Mhz and forget the what I ain't going to be getting. That simple really.
I have reset the RAM to 2400MHz and its now stable.
What stupefies me are the blatant contradictions shown in the DISM Tests...in the first if them it completed and Said "No Component Store Corruption detected" and then in the next test it states "The component store is repairable. The operation completed successfully"...………………….. gobsmacked! As I said in another thread I posted... "Is the MS Logic at work? Is it Yank English?" My brains out to lunch in the MS Kitchen café!
I won't start up about all the BSOD's and the errors showing screwed ntfs.sys and blah blah blah!
Cheers 1101.
Computer is stable at 2400Mhz.

1461618 2019-06-24 21:54:00 If its stable at 2400 suggest you leave it.

Looking at the Motherboard site the memory stated is
4 x DIMM, Max. 64GB, DDR4 3200(O.C.)/3000(O.C.)/2800(O.C.)/2666/2400/2133 MHz Un-buffered Memory.

The DISM & Scannow logs -- That happens sometimes, you may run a scan, find something, it repairs, next time its run a different problem appears. Sometimes you may have to run SFC several times before it fixes a problem.

The sfc logs found a problem with the store app, looks like dism fixed it.

hi and thanks. Yep the Memory stays at 2400Mhz.
I am starting to install a few apps today...slowly does it... 1 or two. I just installed that Sniper Elite 4 game and it will NOT open. I have had this before with it in W10..... have DX11 and DX 12 Start options and none are opening to game in any compatibility. Been here with it before so I get it figured. Good thing with the game is it asks if want to install MS Vis C++ Redistributable 12 and 15 , x86 and x64. I opt to instal them as before.
Good to know that the system has been sorted out from the SFC Scannow and DISM tests.
All seems to be ok apart from 1 niggle:
I am on Facebook watching a you tube music clip, have it at Full screen, get a 'beep' meaning someone has messaged me, go to minimise the full screen and everything freezes. Have to Power off the PC with the OFF/On button. Not good to be doing that. Maybe I had too many web pages open... but I do have 16GB DDR4 Memory so that shouldn't be a hinderance. Just something for me to consider.... I will try a different vid clip that 'Grease' .."You're the one that I love" :D maybe my PC not like Revolta Hey day :D
cheers

1461620 2019-06-25 15:06:00 Is RAM Speed important? I should have just bought 2400Mhz RAM but why did I buy the Faster 2933Mhz? Well I got talked into it by them guys we see doing the Vids online about Building GREAT Gaming PC's. And as I wa set on getting the AMD Ryzen 5 _ 2400G APU, the Tech talker who was doing the Vid show about the Ryzen 5 2400G was enthusiastic EMPHASIZED the 'fact' that "Ryzen LOVES fast RAM, and the RAM he was 'plugging' is exactly that which I bought... GSkill DDR4 Flare X. But he was waving 3200Mhz at me onscreen.. Well, I knew that the Ryzen 5 2400G was capable of supporting up to 2933...…. The Mobo I have will support up t 3200Mhz(OC). Any speed from 2400Mhz up is Overclocking.
"The AMD Ryzen 5 2400G is a desktop APU that was announced in early 2018. It is the fastest Raven Ridge APU at that time and features all four Zen cores (8 threads due to SMT support) clocked at 3.6 - 3.9 GHz with a Radeon RX Vega 11 graphics card with 11 CUs (all of the 704 Shaders on the chip) clocked at up to 1250 MHz. The integrated dual-channel memory controller supports up to DDR-2933. The TDP is specified at 65 Watt and the CPU, GPU and memory are unlocked for overclocking." So I bought 2933Mhz only to be told a few month ago that JRDEC sets defaults to 2400Mhz, even if the RAM has a Speed of 1millionMhz
I have come to realise/accept that the Techs doing the Tests of Newly Released Hardware are nothing more than Skilled smooth-talkers or Rattle off at a 100MPH like Linus does, and that they get to keep for free all That gear they are reviewing, reciting prewritten scripts from the HW manufactures and most likely get Holidays in the Seychelles as an Job incentive Bonus. :D Cynic at heart.
So, IS RAM speed important. Here is what Motormouth Linus TT has to say on the subject :D

Have a nice day.
