1461857 2019-07-03 07:41:00 The output required will be on the back of the computer, Toshiba have two Voltages 19 ( common) and 15 Volt with varying Watt.

Example of Mine, well worn ( sorry picture is not that good) 19V 6.34A The Toshiba power Adaptor I looked at to get a pic is 19V 3.42A, this is the one that doesn't have a battery.

Power Adaptors like anything else can fail. Really its a case of try different things until all possible options are eliminated. Actually seen where a battery will work fine in one laptop, but the same battery wont in another (all same Models of Laptop)

New adapter, no change in behaviour

Hmmmm, could be but it was Windows7 (yeah old skool) but might be the same, I'll have a look, cheers
